Thank you for considering Beat the BOX for your party or event. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bringing office staff closer or enjoying another special occasion, we can offer you a unique experience that your group will never forget. Feel as if you are part of the game as you play one of over 300 games and relax in our cinema-style chairs featuring the rumbling of “butt-kickers” and the surround sound of our sound domes.

Our staff will take care of your every need up to and during your special day. Beat the BOX is capable of hosting 40 players gaming together, or a total of 100(+ or -) guests mingling and gaming.

General Party Information

A variety of beverages, snacks and catering options  are available at Beat the BOX. (We have great pizza offerings!)

As you will understand, since we operate a café, party planners who wish to provide outside beverages will be charged a corking fee based on the number of guests.

• $25 for parties with six or less guests
• $50 for parties with seven or more guests

Loaded 2 Hour BOX party!

Note: Packages and Private parties take Priority when booking weekend events.

"Fully Loaded" Birthday Party for 10 people This two-hour party includes:

• Three XL 16" single-topping delicious pizzas
• 15 sodas or bottled waters for playing guests
• Free beverage for organizer(s)
• Beat the BOX T-shirt for birthday person
• Use of our VIP Room for two hours
• Priority Booking on weekends
• 10 one-hour membership cards for guests (awesome goodie bag stuffers, an $85.20 value, for future family visits.)

All this for only $300 (+ tax)

Add more guests for just $15 each or more time for just $75 per HR

Private Parties

Our space is available for private rental at just $300 per hour for guests who wish to hold large gatherings or private events. You will have the whole place to just for your party. We love working with party organizers to help tailor parties to meet your needs and wishes.

Lock-In Events

Beat the BOX is the perfect venue for lock-ins, which are very popular with parents and youth groups. These overnight events allow guests to stay up all night gaming and spending time with friends. We require a minimum of two parents or counselors for each event. Lock-in pricing ranges from $45 to $100 per player. Please contact us for more details.

A La Carte Parties

As you can see, we have many packages, but “a la carte”-parties are also available, if one of the packages does not serve your purpose. Gaming stations can be reserved for as low as $6 per player per hour. To make your party more complete and easier, you can also add food, drinks or use of our VIP room if you wish.

And, whatever you have in mind, we love working with party organizers to customize events to meet your needs and wishes. After all: “it’s your party and you can do what you want to.”
